PLANT BASED MENU
Minimum of 20 people per order. Deposit is mandatory for all events. Please provide a minimum of 7 days notice. Signature plates come with 2 meat selections, 2 side items, Hawaiian rolls, paper plates, napkins, and plastic ware. All meats are smoked by the pound.

Smoked spinach that is lightly smoked with sautéed garlic and onions with Alfredo Sauce.
